In the spring of 2015, Nackademin investigated the mysterious but yet common state-of-mind of Sunday Blues. The survey showed that 7 out of 10 Swedes has experienced the Sunday Blues. As a next step, it was now time for Nackademin to help them manage it.

As an educational company, there was really only one way for Nackademin to help Swedes to manage their Sunday Blues; by teaching them how. Together with an expert psychology in anxiety, we created the email based course How to manage your Sunday Blues. In 13 lessons delivered straight to your inbox, you’d learn about anxiety, why we experience it and what we can do to manage it – especially when it comes in the shape of Sunday Blues.

Each lesson consisted of a theoretical and practical part; knowledge and tools to help reflect upon your Sunday Blues, the underlying causes and what you could do to manage it and possibly also change your life. The course was located at together with their other educations, free of charge for anyone to join.



The email based course in how to manage your Sunday Blues was highly talked about in Swedens largest morning news show Tv4 Nyhetsmorgon and written about in various of national media.

To this day, over 640 people has taken the course to learn more about how to manage their Sunday Blues while also changing their lives, and 4425 people took interest in visiting the course page at How to manage your Sunday Blues became highly popular and one of the courses at Nackademins that recieced the most applicants during 2016.
